Welcome to our online course in Home/Hobby Aquaponics.
These tutorials are designed to provide a basic understanding of the concepts of aquaponics, some of the technical aspects of designing, building and operating a home/hobby aquaponics system and as an introduction to a way to garden that is unlike anything most have experienced.
The tutorials are designed to be studied in order. The knowledge you gain from one is requisite to some understanding of what is presented in subsequent chapters. There are no tests, yet. We don’t offer any certificates or recognition. However, we do appreciate feedback and criticism about the chapters. We want to make this as beneficial as possible. We also encourage questions. Each chapter has a link to our feedback form. Feel free to use it to ask questions or provide suggestions.
We try to provide additional references where possible, links if they are available and suggestions for further study if you are so inclined. Above all, we hope you gain something you can use, or that inspires you to explore aquaponics more.
